Strategic Buyer – Automotive Components & Cost Leadership

Volkswagen Group Africa is seeking a self‑motivated Buyer to join our Procurement team in Kariega. The role focuses on sourcing components, managing RFQs and negotiations, driving localisation, cost competitiveness, and ensuring production continuity.

Ideal candidates have a degree or diploma in Purchasing or related fields, at least 3 years in automotive purchasing, and strong negotiation and Excel skills. German language skills are a plus.
