Strategic Alliances Manager
About The Role
Some of Mintlayer's most valuable partnerships are not standard commercial deals. Technology licensing with institutional data providers, co-investment structures with regulated fund managers, and regulatory sandbox programs with ADGM's innovation office require deal architecture that goes well beyond a signed services agreement.
What You Will Own
- Identify and evaluate strategic alliance opportunities across technology, regulatory, distribution, and co-investment categories
- Structure and negotiate alliance agreements: JVs, co-distribution, technology licensing, and co-investment frameworks
- Build and maintain relationships with alliance partners in institutional finance and crypto infrastructure
- Develop the analytical framework for evaluating alliance ROI
- Coordinate with the Head of Legal on alliance agreement terms and IP implications
