Strategic Advisor, Operational Excellence & Business Governance

Reports to: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) & Chief Operating Officer (COO)

We are seeking a seasoned industry veteran to serve as a strategic Advisor to our executive leadership team. In this role, you will leverage your deep industry expertise to architect our performance management framework, optimize internal workflows, and mitigate risk. Additionally, you will act as the critical industry bridge for our newly appointed IT Director, ensuring our tech stack integration aligns perfectly with unique industry operational nuances.

• Collaborate with the CEO, COO, and department heads to design, implement, and refine a robust, data-driven KPI framework.
• Ensure departmental KPIs are vertically aligned with overarching company growth and financial objectives.
