Strategic Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain excellent customer relationships
• Develop key internal relationships within Vantage to ensure smooth transition of services
• Support customer projects, requests, and improvement activities
• Report on operational performance and compliance to SLAs and deliverables
• Develop and document processes and procedures for customer support
• Perform/coordinate onboarding activities for new customers
• Generate and provide regular reporting to customer requests
• Collaborate with internal teams to complete activities on time

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Sales, related field, or equivalent experience required
• 5+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: Data Center Operations, Project Management, Customer Support, or Sales is required
