Vacancy Description
- Receive and check incoming goods against delivery orders and invoices.
- Verify quantity, quality, expiry dates, and packaging condition.
- Record stock movement accurately in inventory system or stock cards.
- Maintain FIFO / FEFO practices for all food items.
- Conduct regular stock counts and assist in monthly stock take.
- Any other work duties assigned by superior.
- Store raw materials, ingredients, and packaging correctly in dry, chiller, or freezer areas.
- Ensure proper labelling, segregation, and cleanliness of storage areas.
- Monitor temperature and storage conditions according to food safety requirements.
- Maintain good housekeeping and hygiene standards at all times.
- Issue ingredients and supplies to kitchen production based on requisitions.
