Job Description

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Receiving

• To receive and unload incoming material shipment from local vendors and forwarders.
• Reviews shipment for obvious damage upon receipt, inform Receiving Leader for further action.
• Uncrates material and separates it by item number, verifies material received is correct and according to PO
• Attach the Receipt Travelers (GRN) correctly to the physical item
• If detect discrepancies, hold the materials and inform Receiving Leader on material overages/shortages.
• Moves incoming inventory item to designated location and update it in Oracle system accurately.
• Receives all other non-inventory items including large equipment requiring forklift skills or special handling.
• Assists in inventory variance at locator
• Maintains daily equipment inspection records and performs general maintenance as required.
