Job Description: 1. Ensure On-Time Delivery to International / local Customers
Overseas/local customers have strict delivery schedules and contractual commitments.
An experienced supervisor can effectively coordinate picking, packing, documentation, and shipment schedules to minimize delays and maintain customer satisfaction.
2. Improve Export Compliance and Documentation Accuracy
International shipments as well as local shipments require accurate export documentation, including packing lists, commercial invoices, certificates of origin, and customs-related documents.
Experienced supervision reduces the risk of customs delays/discrepancies , shipment holds, penalties, and additional unnecessary freight costs resulting from documentation errors that might occurs.
3. Enhance Inventory and Shipment Accuracy
Incorrect shipments can lead to customer complaints, product returns, expedited replacement costs, and above all company reputational damage.
