Role Overview

This on‑site LCBO store leadership role is under the general supervision of the Store Manager. You’ll build a robust store team, drive store results, and champion responsible retailing to deliver remarkable experiences as the trusted destination for wine, beer, and spirits.

Responsibilities

You will drive the customer experience in store by developing a customer‑first team mentality in all aspects of the store’s operation and program execution. Your duties include customer service, inventory management, financial management, merchandising, retail sales, and human resources. Additional responsibilities include understanding social responsibility issues, facilities management, resource protection, health & safety, WSIB compliance, workplace accommodation, environmental issues, and workplace diversity.
