Overview

We are currently working with a renowned fashion accessories brand to appoint a Store Manager who will be responsible for driving retail performance, leading a high-performing boutique team, and elevating the premium client experience on the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Drive the boutique to meet and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). Analyze sales data to implement effective floor strategies.
• Supervise, mentor, and coach store staff and foster a high-energy, motivated team culture; manage shift rostering.
• Set the standard for premium, luxury customer service. Build strong local client loyalty (CRM) and handle VIP customer relations or complex complaints professionally.
