Here’s what you will do most days:

• Manage all operational aspects of the retail store
• Ensure workplace scheduling is effective so the store has sufficient staff cover
• Driving sales and maximising market potential
• Maintain merchandising, sales and customer service

You will also:

• Recruit for the team and induct, train and coach the new staff members
• Talk tech in a non techie way to help customers pick the right products (don’t worry, we’ll help you out with by providing thorough training!)
• Provide on-time reporting
• Identify any areas for improvement or development for the store or processes
