Key Accountabilities:
Sales Achievement Plan
- Ensure that sales plan of the branch(es) is achieved through product assortment, marketing opportunities and completion of store plantilla.
- Direct on planning of marketing strategies, merchandise arrangement, manpower requirements and computation of sales plan during sale events.
- Monitor sales performance of the branch(es) by coordinating with Store Managers.
- Prepare regular report on the sales performance of the branch(es).
Daily Operations
- Ensure standard operating procedures and compliance to Company policies are strictly implemented.
- Prepare and implement sanctions when Company policies and procedures are violated.
- Initiate review of standard operating procedures which can help the branch(es) achieve its sales target.
