Store Manager - Retail Ops, Sales & Team Leadership

GMG Gulf in Dubai seeks a Store Manager – Retail Operations to lead store performance in commercial, operational and customer service areas. You will drive sales targets, manage staff, inventory, cash controls and visual standards while ensuring policy compliance.

The role requires 5–7 years in retail with at least 3 years in a supervisory capacity, English fluency and a strong grasp of loss prevention, stock management and merchandising.
