Role Description

The Store Manager role at Medellin Gentlemen Groomers is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Johannesburg. The Store Manager oversees daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, and floor supervision to ensure a smooth client experience. This role is responsible for leading and coaching the team, monitoring service standards, handling customer feedback, and resolving concerns promptly and professionally. The Store Manager manages inventory, coordinates with suppliers, and supports retail merchandising and promotions to drive sales and profitability. The role also includes monitoring store cleanliness and presentation, implementing loss prevention practices, maintaining basic administrative records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
