As an Optometrist Store Manager with us you'll be providing excellent customer and patient care, as well as leading and inspiring your store team. You’ll create a culture where everyone is passionate about doing the right thing.

Drive local plans for enhanced services and delivering towards P&L objectives

Bringing your personality into the day to day running of the practice – working with and developing your team to provide the best service to patients

Building longstanding relationships – not only with colleagues and customers but with healthcare professionals in the local community.

What you’ll need to have

Fully qualified GOC registered Optometrist

Additional registration with the relevant NHS body

Passion for patient care

Leadership experience
