Store Manager - Luxury Retail (Cape Town)

Duties & Responsibilities Lead, coach and motivate the store team to achieve sales and operational targets Deliver an exceptional customer experience that reflects the luxury brand standard Drive sales, maximise profitability and achieve all store KPIs Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures Monitor stock levels, merchandising standards and inventory controls Recruit, train, mentor and performance manage team members Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained in line with brand guidelines Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP and repeat customers Analyse store performance and implement action plans to improve results Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and health and safety standards Desired Experience & Qualification Matric (Grade 12) Minimum of 3 years' Store Management experience Previous experience within a luxury, premium or boutique retail environment is essential Proven ability to lead and develop a high-perfor...
