Store Manager (F&B Outlet)

Lead the daily operations of a fast-food / casual-dining outlet at Sunway Square. You will run the floor, manage the team, and hit sales, service and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations, scheduling, attendance, hygiene and cashier reconciliation
• Manage inventory, purchasing and equipment
• Lead and coach staff; handle customer complaints
• Coordinate with mall management; support the front line during peak hours
