Key Responsibilities Drive branch sales growth and achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient performance. Lead, motivate, train, and develop branch staff. Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term customer relationships. Generate new business while maintaining and growing existing accounts. Manage stock control, stock ordering, stock takes, and minimise stock losses. Ensure accurate cash handling, banking, and branch administration. Maintain high merchandising, housekeeping, health and safety, and security standards. Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally and efficiently. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards. Minimum Requirements Matric (Grade 12).
