Store Manager

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead daily operations at one of our Edmonton locations. You will be responsible for the overall performance of your store — people, product, and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily store operations including opening and closing procedures
• Lead, schedule, train, and develop a team of crew members
• Recruit and onboard new staff as needed
• Ensure all food is prepared and served to Tokyo Express quality and portion standards
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen and dining area at all times
• Enforce Alberta Health Services food safety and hygiene standards
• Manage inventory ordering, receiving, and stock rotation
• Monitor and control food cost, labor cost, and waste
