Store Manager & Community Builder

Scandy's is opening its first mini flagship store in a yet undisclosed location in Klang Valley. More than a candy shop, this will be a destination experience bringing the magic of Swedish pick & mix culture to Malaysia.

We're looking for someone entrepreneurial, creative, responsible and hands‑on to help build this store from the ground up. Someone who treats it like their own baby. Someone who gets excited by creating experiences, building communities and making customers smile.

This isn't a typical retail manager role. You'll be part store manager, part event creator, part community builder, part content creator, and part entrepreneur.
