Store Leader: Elevate Guest Experience & Team Growth

Lululemon Athletica in Wellington seeks a Store Manager for a 12-month contract. As the store leader you will drive performance, guest experience, community relations, and store operations, reporting to the Regional Manager.

You will hire, develop, and coach the team, set vision, and ensure the store reflects our values and directives. You'll manage visual merchandising, inventory, budget and labor planning, and ensure a safe, inclusive workplace.
