Store Key Holder & Team Leader (Customer Experience)

Lindt & Sprüngli (South Africa) (Pty) Ltd is seeking a proactive Key Holder to support store operations in the absence of management. You will manage the shop floor, drive sales, ensure merchandising standards and customer service excellence.

Responsibilities include opening/closing the store, banking, lead cashier duties, stock replenishment, and adherence to health, safety, and Lindt policies. The role requires strong communication and a hands-on leadership style.
