Store Floor Care & Cleaning Specialist (Flexible Hours)

TJ Maxx seeks a dedicated team member to maintain a clean, organized store environment with focus on floor care. You will operate scrubber and buffer, perform mopping, sweeping, and window cleaning while supporting multiple store areas as needed.

The role requires excellent customer service, ability to multitask, and a flexible schedule to meet business needs. Retail experience is a plus.
