Store Experience Leader & Team Coach

Boot Barn is seeking a Store Manager to lead store partners, develop product expertise, and drive sales performance. You will partner with the District Manager to align staffing, training, and customer engagement across footwear and apparel categories including boots, denim, hats and add‑ons.

Responsibilities include maintaining merchandising standards, coaching staff, and ensuring smooth store operations while delivering exceptional customer experiences and meeting key metrics.
