Store Associate

Job Description

This position is essential to the success of our retail stores. Store Associates work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the right solutions. They are expected to promptly resolve any customer concerns and ensure maximum client satisfaction, stay up-to-date with product features, and maintain high quality and visual standards of the products and store. Store Associates are tasked with achieving excellent customer service while consistently meeting the store’s sales goals.

Location: Store #8771, 5308 Highway 7, Units 2 & 3, Markham, ON L3P 1B9.
