General Description:

A Store Accounting Associate manages financial transactions and records for a retail store or warehouse. They ensure accurate accounting, support inventory management, and assist in financial reporting. The role requires attention to detail, basic accounting knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate sales, returns, and transaction records.
• Reconcile cash registers and process invoices, receipts, and payments.
• Track inventory levels and reconcile stock.
• Report discrepancies and assist in stock counts.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
• Assist with sales reports and profit/loss statements.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and accounting standards.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial data.

Qualifications:
