Key Responsibilities:
• Administer SAN storage systems and troubleshoot performance issues
• Conduct zoning, masking, and mapping of storage arrays
• Manage change processes using ITIL methodologies
• Facilitate high availability through array performance tuning
• Address P1/P2 incidents promptly
