Stock Controller / Restaurant Administrator

Busy daytime Restaurant & Café in Rosebank is seeking a dynamic and experienced Stock Controller / Restaurant Administrator to join their team. 
 
The suitable candidate will have experience in restaurants and be able to do general restaurant & kitchen administration and stock control.

Duties:
 
Receive stock, GRV, capture stock
Meticulous in stock issuing
Balance par levels
Meticulous in packing stock and stock rotation
Admin functions
Daily food & beverage consumption reporting
Food and beverage ordering
Supervision of deliveries and stock counts
Reconciliation of monthly food costs
 
Requirements:
 
Grade 12
A formal qualification
At least 2+ years’ experience in a similar role within a restaurant environment
