Stewarding Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Strive to uphold all hygiene and sanitation regulations, ensuring that all equipment in the kitchens and dishwashing areas is clean and in good working order.
• Help create cleaning schedules for the team and be the main point of contact.
• Ensure all stewarding team members arrive for their scheduled shift punctually and in clean uniforms.
• Managing the stewarding team and maintaining cleanliness, reporting any deficiencies.
• Ensuring that the right cleaning tools and chemicals are used in the kitchen facility at all times.
• Lead and supervise the stewarding team in all aspects and ensure standards are followed.
• Conduct training and assist with diagrams, log sheets, and documentation.
• Maintain the cleanliness of all kitchen areas, machinery, and tools.
• Lead the team to consistently meet standards and regulations.
