Stewarding Supervisor

Lead the Stewarding team in food service cleaning and organization across the F&B restaurants, kitchens, loading dock area and storage spaces. Coordinate and maintain the cleanliness of all F&B areas in the hotel, including china, silverware, glassware, cookware, banquet equipment, kitchen equipment and cleaning equipment.

• Deliver equipment for setup and breakdown of banquet and restaurant functions on time while maintaining clear communication between the Stewarding team, Culinary and Restaurant Management teams.
• Receive and store food and dry goods within the kitchens.
• Consistently provide professional, friendly and proactive guest service while supporting fellow colleagues.
• Supervise the Stewarding team, ensuring that all department standards are followed.
