Job Responsibilities
Clean, wash, and sanitize kitchen utensils, dishes, glassware, and equipment.Operate dishwashing machines and ensure proper handling of cleaning equipment.Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, stewarding areas, and storage spaces.Dispose of waste and manage garbage segregation in accordance with hygiene standards.Assist in the proper storage and organization of cleaned items.Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.Support kitchen team with basic cleaning and operational tasks when required.Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance issues to the supervisor promptly.
