Large Hotel in Cape Town is looking for a Steward & Scullery Supervisor.
The Steward & Sculler Supervisor is responsible for overseeing kitchen cleaning and sanitation operations to ensure a clean, safe, and efficient working environment.
This role supports kitchen staff, manages stewarding operations, ensures compliance with safety & hygiene standards, and assists management with supervising and motivating employees.
