Sterile Processing Operations Coordinator Responsibilities

+ Ensures the timely and efficient completion of instrumentation and case carts for use in the O.R. and C.V.O.R. by monitoring the daily activities of the Sterile Processing Department.
+ Identifies orientation and education needs of staff.
+ Assists in designing and developing programs to promote education and enhance their technical knowledge.
+ Assists the department manager with the development and implementation of new programs and systems.
