Performs basic to complex duties required to operate and maintain mechanical and electrical equipment and systems within and throughout facility buildings and grounds.
**Job Description** :
**EDUCATION**
+ _Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma._
+ HS Diploma or equivalent education/experience
+ Associate's: AS degree in mechanical, electrical technology or equivalent education/experience
+ Other: Mechanical/electrical trade school apprenticeship completion
**CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE**
+ DL-Valid Drivers License
+ AUTO-Automobile Insurance
**PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AS TYPICALLY ACQUIRED IN:**
+ Four years at journey level operating or stationary engineer or equivalent required.
