Station Host: Passenger Experience Ambassador

Etihad Rail Mobility in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Station Host to deliver safe, comfortable and memorable travel experiences. The role focuses on welcoming passengers, assisting with inquiries, tickets, and information on schedules, and ensuring a smooth station experience.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in customer service or onboard services, preferably in rail or related sectors, and strong English/Arabic communication.
