State Head - TP Claims

Responsibilities

• Monitoring of Motor Third Party Claims for Maharashtra State.
• Effective handling of Contestable cases and briefing to advocates with proper line of action and regular follow-ups.
• Oversee the processing and negotiation of Motor TP Claims.
• Conduct periodic reviews of high value TP claims to ensure reserve adequacy and prevent revenue leakage.
• Co-ordinate with investigation Team and local authorities to gather evidence, verify facts and adduce evidence.
• Maintaining MIS with accurate case details and claim records.
• Prepare periodic claim status and litigation reports.
