**Job Description**

**The Role**

As the Contiguous Stamping Shift Leader, you will provide leadership for Safety, People, Quality, Responsiveness, Cost, and Environment (SPQRCE) for the total press shop. You will be responsible for providing direction and assistance to salaried Group Leaders.

**What You'll Do (Responsibilities):**

+ Lead shift startup, end-of-shift review, and cross-shift communication to ensure alignment on priorities, issues, and production status.
+ Review customer requirements, production plans, inventory, and material flow to adjust schedules and maintain operational performance.
+ Monitor staffing, attendance, overtime, shift preferences, and labor equalization to support production needs and payroll accuracy.
+ Assign manpower and resources across press lines and support areas, including inspection, training, metal finish, and other critical operations.
