Stakeholder Engineer NOC Coordinator

We are seeking a Stakeholder Engineer / NOC Coordinator to join our team in UAE  responsible for managing all authority approvals and stakeholder coordination to support smooth project delivery. The role includes preparing and implementing the Stakeholder and NOC strategy identifying all relevant authorities (RTA Dubai Municipality DEWA Etisalat/du Rail Agency etc.) and managing the full NOC lifecycle including submission follow-up comment resolution and approval. The candidate will coordinate closely with internal teams (design construction planning and traffic) to ensure all submissions are aligned with project scope and schedule while also liaising with external stakeholders through meetings and workshops to resolve technical and approval-related matters.
