Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all on-stage services execution
• Train and develop Services Coordinators effectively
• Conduct custom makeovers and skincare services
• Engage with clients and cast as Director in Charge
• Foster a strong coaching culture among staff
Requirements:
• 1-3 years of relevant retail experience
• Strong client service skills and problem-solving ability
• Effective time management for multitasking
