Staff Therapist

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

+ Conducts individual and group therapy sessions tailored to the mental health needs of a diverse student population

+ Performs crisis intervention and conducts intake assessments to design appropriate treatment plans

+ Develops and delivers mental health outreach and educational programs to students and campus partners

+ Provides didactic training to graduate trainees and new therapists in mental health fields

+ Completes and maintains accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation and participates in case collaboration meetings

+ Collaborates with campus stakeholders to enhance mental health services and promote inclusive wellness initiatives

+ Other duties as assigned
