Staff Test Engineer: Quality Automation & Reliability

Power Integrations, Inc. is seeking an experienced Test Engineering Manager in Metro Manila, Philippines. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in electrical and electronics engineering and at least 12 years of experience in ATE test hardware and software development, particularly for Final Test or Wafer Probe applications. Responsibilities include managing a team of test engineers, developing test plans, and improving test efficiency. A strong execution track record and familiarity with high voltage power management IC testing is preferred.
