Staff Test Engineer
Job Description
+ Develop best of class test programs to support key NPI, quality & capability initiatives
+ Support qualification, characterization, and correlation of developed products
+ Train and guide more junior team members, building their skill sets and capabilities for independent success
+ Work with leadership to implement processes, procedures, guidelines and specifications that define and drive execution and quality for the test group
+ Implement and develop baseline software and hardware solutions for scaling the broader team or organization
+ Determine and report ROI inputs for planning and test flow with revenue, COGS and capacity mindfully in focus
+ Complete quality planning, hardware and software reviews for the test group
+ Coordinate with product engineering and operations to enable seamless production ramp and release
+ Support production yield and customer return activities for quality
