Staff R&D Materials Chemist Engineer

**Job Description:**

**SUMMARY**
This **Staff R&D Materials Chemist Engineer** provides the opportunity to develop new materials, concepts and products for orthodontics. This person will be expected to interface with employees at all levels in various departments, including R&D, Operations, Quality Assurance, Technical Services, Regulatory Affairs, and Procurement. Major Responsibilities: 1) Hypothesize and develop materials formulations 2) perform chemical, physical, and mechanical property testing. 3) Conduct scientific research with objectivity and integrity. 4) Evaluation of chemical/materials technologies and reporting. 5) Support product development, operations, and sustaining teams.
