This role focuses on driving design changes to existing commercial products to improve performance, safety, compliance, and cost, with a strong emphasis on maintaining supply continuity. Scope includes material changes, updates to meet new testing standards, product improvements, supplier-driven changes, and manufacturing transfers of critical components.
