Your assignment

• Aware of the people strategy and ensuring the regional and local principles/ guidelines are reflected in our co-workers’ schedules by providing expertise, support and training of end-users in scheduling
• Support the Staff Planning Manager in administrative elements associated with schedule creation and management
• Secure compliance with IKEA employment standards, legal requirements, labour rules, and internal requirement within the unit
• Partner with department managers to develop, adapt and continuously improve quality schedules aligned with forecasted hours, co-worker availability and skill levels.
