Staff Pharmacist

We’re partnering with a specialty pharmacy seeking a driven, growth-oriented pharmacist ready to take ownership of their career. This is a unique environment with low script volume and high clinical impact, ideal for someone early in their career or looking to expand into specialty therapeutics. 🔹 Key Responsibilities

• 
  Provide clinical patient management for individuals with hemophilia, immune deficiencies, autoimmune disorders, and other chronic conditions requiring infused therapies

  Manage therapy-specific treatments, including factor replacement, omalizumab, and a range of IV/subcutaneous medications

  Deliver patient and caregiver education on administration, adherence, side effect management, and safe home handling
