The Specialist Outpatient and Rare Disease Centre is seeking a motivated Band 5 Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team, delivering high-quality, patient-centred care across a range of specialist services, including dermatology, rare disease pathways, and complex outpatient care.

You will provide safe and effective nursing care to patients attending specialist clinics and procedures, supporting areas including dermatology, minor surgery, biopsies, wound care, and complex patient pathways. You will work collaboratively with consultants, specialist nurses, allied health professionals to ensure excellent patient outcomes and experience.
