Staff Nurse [1 work day] | Day Care Center | Locum

Job scope: Perform admission and discharge assessment. Provide nursing care and collaborate with multidisciplinary team members for support to service users and their caregivers (especially PT and OT). Plan, coordinate and execute activities that promotes participation while promoting client's wellbeing. Provide immediate care during medical emergencies. Carry out daily required treatments and administer medication.

• Diploma / Degree in Nursing
• Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board
• One day per week (weekday)
