Staff Last Mile Management (Terminal Management)

Job Responsibilities

• Develop last-mile projects and provide training to regional teams.
• Prepare, analyze, and manage data, as well as monitor operational performance across regions and systems.
• Conduct field surveys and coordinate with cross-functional departments and agents to ensure project alignment.

Qualifications

• Willing to travel for field assignments and participate in projects related to the development of parcel pickup and drop-off points (Spots and Boxes).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in data management with strong logical thinking and the ability to design and understand process flows.
• Willing to travel for business purposes and work overtime when required.
