Job Description
As an Engineering Lead, you will play a dual role in shaping both the technology we build and the people who build it. You will be hands‑on with technology, contributing to architecture, design and the technical roadmap, while also leading and developing your team of engineers.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Leadership
- Lead and be accountable for the team across all stages of the SDLC, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance.
- Contribute to coding, code reviews, testing and solving challenging technical problems.
- Own technical delivery, timelines, quality standards and best‑practice adherence.
- Guide the team through agile practices, planning, and retrospectives to continuously improve.
