We collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Product Development to improve yield, reliability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. The team focuses on solving complex technical challenges, implementing innovative solutions, and supporting high-volume manufacturing to ensure successful product delivery.
About the role - you will:
• Lead technical problem-solving and drive resolution of complex manufacturing, test, and product quality issues
• Develop and implement strategies to improve yield, test performance, reliability, and overall manufacturing efficiency
• PCO Release and control, including risk management, follow SOP
